As a wellness coach, I can help you discover what aspects of yourself you’re neglecting and help action change.

Coaching Plans

I offer a free 20-minute discovery call, giving you the opportunity to ask me any questions you have and how we could work together. You can then book a one-off session before committing to a package.

I have found that five sessions are the minimum amount of time to work together, in order to see positive results. You can choose to meet weekly or fortnightly – this can be discussed in our discovery call.

What does a health coach do?

A health coach is a supportive mentor who helps guide and empower you to create lasting lifestyle changes by using personalized wellness plans that meet your unique needs.

What I offer:

  • Together we explore your diet, lifestyle, stress levels & your support system.
  • Create a manageable action plan including personal goals, Food and juice guide, and recipe ideas. 
  • Exercise & fitness plans + self-care advice. 
  • Follow-up and accountability & support sessions 
  • Access to weekly online yoga and meditations. 
Pay What You Can Afford

I never want to alienate anyone from working with me, that’s why my session fees are on a sliding scale, based on an individual’s annual income.
